Brushing Sunnyside and Pork Chop

Huge thunderclouds provided shade to 20 volunteers at the Wood River Trails Coalition’s most recent trail work session. On Thursday, June 13th, the volunteers cut back woody plants that were growing into the trail corridor, both trailside and overhead. Trails Coalition on a Mission

On Saturday, June 8, the Wood River Trails Coalition hosted a trail maintenance event on the Forbidden Fruit Trail in Adams Gulch. The volunteers removed trees that had fallen across the trail, brushed back plants that were encroaching on the travel way, and they removed tons of gravel and loose rock off of the tread.…
